Writing with Your Editor in Mind | Renee Garrick

I will discuss the writing process: plan, write, rewrite, edit, publish. Within this, I’ll focus on how to set up a style sheet to guide the author’s writing for efficiency in the editing process (NOTE: my “Sales Table” will be for information only, not sales.     

Presenter Bio:  After teaching English and speech for 20 years in both public and parochial schools, Renee Garrick left the classroom and launched a micro-business. As The Grammar Queen, she has offered writing services since 2010. Early work included writing form letters and editing employee bios. With this, she keeps in mind the words of Zechariah 4:10, “Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.” Over the years, as Renee has prayed for work that will glorify God; she has had the opportunity to do just that, most recently editing Christian books and—currently—writing a Bible study for new believers.
